What Is Tribal Proving Ground?

You’re not here for another podcast about discipline.
You’re here because something in you wants to be tested.

Tribal Proving Ground is built around FORGE | 12 — a 12-hour, veteran-led proving ground in Central Texas where men are tested under pressure, pushed alongside their squad, and earn a title that cannot be purchased.

Prior military experience is not required.
Arriving prepared is.

About Tribal Proving Ground

Why we exist.

Why We Exist

Most men who find their way here aren’t struggling.
They’re working. Providing. Showing up every day.

The software engineer.
The welder.
The father.
The guy in the office who’s been carrying responsibilities for years.

Not broken. Not weak. Just untested.

Modern life keeps a man comfortable. It rarely demands anything real from him.

There was a time men worked alongside one another, depended on each other, and were known by the people beside them.

That world is gone.

And somewhere underneath the routine, that ancient question still sits unanswered.

Shared hardship forges reliance.
Reliance forges brotherhood.

Behind the standard

Tribal Proving Ground was founded by U.S. Navy veteran Tyus ‘Ty’ Kemper, whose background spans clinical research and study in health and human performance.

The structure and physical evolutions of FORGE | 12 were built alongside Andrew Cece — a retired, combat-decorated U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant Major and former Drill Instructor with 26 years of active duty service and multiple combat deployments.

The pressure inside The FORGE is deliberate. Every evolution has a purpose.

THE TRIBAL NETWORK

Military civilian training program application

The FORGE ends. The Tribe does not.

The Tribal Network is a graduate-only community where the brotherhood continues. Earned entry only — because what was built under pressure deserves to be protected.

  • Weekly Training: Physical + mental programming to maintain the standard.
  • Tribal Feed: Wins, setbacks, conversations—under your earned call sign.
  • Monthly Missions: Challenges that force follow-through when motivation dies.
  • Brotherhood That Holds: Small groups + check-ins so you don’t drift.
