A man does not simply attend a date on a calendar. He earns his place in a specific class, beside the men who stood in the same fire.
The class number becomes part of that group’s shared history — the roster they entered, the men who witnessed their effort, and the place they hold in the growing line of Tribesmen.
Each class adds to the lineage.
The FORGE continues.
Each class adds to the lineage. The line grows. The question is where you stand in it.
What The FORGE Demands
FORGE | 12 combines physical stress, fatigue, team dependence, and controlled discomfort into one day of structured pressure.
The structure and physical evolutions of FORGE | 12 were built alongside Andrew Cece — a retired, combat-decorated U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant Major and former Drill Instructor with 26 years of active duty service and multiple combat deployments. The pressure has structure, purpose, and a deliberate flow.
You should expect:
Physical training evolutions built to test effort, output, and discipline
Team-based tasks that require communication and trust
Ruck Marches and land movement
Carrying weight under fatigue
Controlled discomfort and station work
Fire Stops: resilience tools taught and immediately practiced
Cohesion Circles: guided conversations that build trust between squadmates
Tribe Council: where you earn your Call Sign
Final evolution and graduation
The difficulty is intentional.
Every movement, task, and correction serves a purpose: to test readiness, build reliance, and reveal how a man carries himself when the easy option is gone.
