The Unmoving Line
Every Candidate who enters The FORGE is measured against the same line.
The Standard exists to preserve the meaning of what is earned. It protects the Candidate, the group, The Cadre, and the title of Tribesman itself.
We do not lower the line to create comfort.
We do not move it to preserve ego.
We do not pretend readiness has been earned before the work has made it real.
But The Standard is not here to shame.
A Candidate may fall short. That does not mean weakness. It means the work is not finished yet.
The Standard is fixed.
The Candidate prepares to meet it.
Why The Standard Exists
A title without a standard becomes decoration.
The title of Tribesman is not purchased, promised, or handed out for attendance. It is earned through preparation, pressure, contribution, and conduct.
The Standard is held with total integrity because an unearned title has no value.
The Standard gives the path its integrity.
It tells every Candidate what is required for entry.
It tells every Initiate what must be carried under pressure.
It tells every Tribesman that the title still carries weight after The FORGE ends.
This is not about perfection.
It is about readiness.
The FORGE requires Candidates who are prepared to carry their own weight, remain disciplined under pressure, and strengthen the people beside them.
What The Standard Is Not
The Standard is not a judgment of worth.
It is not a performance of toughness.
It is not a search for reasons to turn people away
It is not humiliation disguised as discipline.
It is a clear line of readiness.
Every Candidate deserves to know where they stand before entering The FORGE.
The Standard makes that line visible.
The Four Measures of The Standard
Physical Readiness
The FORGE is physically demanding by design.
Anyone entering The Proving Ground must be prepared to move, carry, and endure under fatigue. These requirements are not symbolic.
They exist because safety, seriousness, and brotherhood depend on readiness.
You do not need to be an elite athlete.
You do need to arrive prepared.
Conduct Under Pressure
The Standard is revealed through fatigue, frustration, and discomfort.
Every Candidate is expected to maintain control of temper, words, and effort when the temptation to quit is highest.
Quiet discipline is expected here.
Contribution to the Group
The FORGE is not built for spectators.
Every Candidate is expected to contribute to the progress of the group. Respect is earned by becoming reliable when the squad needs support most.
Shared hardship builds brotherhood because each person becomes necessary to the people beside them.
Respect for the Institution
An institution is preserved through the respect of its members.
That means honoring The Cadre, the uniform, the safety protocols, and The Proving Ground itself.
This is not empty ceremony.
It is the understanding that The Tribe is bigger than one person’s preferences.
The Physical Screening Test
The Physical Screening Test is the first standard of the day.
Before a Candidate enters The FORGE, the published standard must be met. No guessing. No vague evaluation. The line is visible before arrival.
If a Candidate does not meet the standard, they do not continue into The FORGE.
This is not punishment.
It is integrity.
PST Minimum Standards
Each movement must meet form standards.
No half reps.
No modified movement.
No unclear counting.

The standard is published, so every Candidate knows what must be prepared before arrival.
If You Fall Short
Falling short does not make a Candidate unworthy.
It means the work is not finished yet.
A Candidate who does not meet the standard leaves knowing exactly where the gap is and what must close before they return. They can train, return, and meet the line when ready.
Entry into The FORGE remains closed until the standard is met.
That is how the title keeps its meaning.
If Nothing Is Required, Nothing Is Earned
The Standard keeps unprepared Candidates from being placed under pressure too soon.
It keeps the squad from carrying weight someone was not yet ready to carry.
It keeps The Cadre from affirming readiness before it has been earned.
It keeps the title of Tribesman from becoming decoration.
The line does not move because the title, the Code, and The Tribe must remain worth earning.
