built with real standards

This is not influencer fitness.
This is not random punishment dressed up as meaning.

Too many programs know how to exhaust men.
Few know how to FORGE them.

FORGE | 12 was built by Navy veteran Tyus A. Kemper, a published Johns Hopkins researcher, and developed with Andrew Cece, retired USMC Sergeant Major and former Drill Instructor.

The result is a proving ground built to push men hard, build trust fast, and make the pain mean something.

physical screening test

You don’t buy your way into the FORGE. You earn it.

No retest.
No scaling.
No modification.

If you do not meet the standard, you do not continue.

  • Push-ups (2 min): 50
  • Sit-ups (2 min): 50
  • Pull-ups (dead-hang): 8 strict
  • Air Squats (2 min): 60

You Don’t Finish and Drift Back

Graduation isn’t the end. It’s the doorway.

You earn the title of Tribesman and enter the Tribal Network—an exclusive platform for the men who made it through the fire.

Inside, the bond does not fade.
You stay connected to men who know what it cost, because they paid it too.

You keep training. You stay accountable. You move forward with brothers who know your name and your standard.

The FORGE ends.
The Tribe does not.

What it means to be a tribesman

To be a Tribesman is to be forged through trial and strengthened by brotherhood.
You take your place among the Uncommon Few who were willing to fight through the pain.

It means standing among men who know what the FORGE demands.
Men who recognize what you carried because they carried it too.

It means returning home transformed.
Not with a memory, but with a stronger spirit, more resilient, and a place in the Tribe.

Through fire, a Tribesman is proven.
Per Ignem Probatum — Proven Through Fire.
