This page applies to the Tribal Proving Ground website, related hosted landing pages, forms, quizzes, payment links, email and SMS communications, the Tribal Network, and TPG live programs, events, and meetups, including FORGE | 12 (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
PART I — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit forms, register, or participate in any TPG program or event.
No prior military experience is required unless a specific program page says otherwise. However, you must meet all published standards, deadlines, and participation requirements for the program you register for.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials you use.
2. Registration, Screening, and Participation
Your seat is reserved when your purchase is completed. Your participation is not fully confirmed until you complete all required forms, waivers, safety screening, and any requested medical or eligibility clearance by the stated deadline.
For events that require a Physical Screening Test (“PST”), you must arrive early enough to complete check-in and screening before the PST begins. No late entry is permitted once the PST begins.
We may deny, suspend, or remove participation if we determine that participation would be unsafe, if you fail to meet the required standards, if you fail to complete required paperwork, if you appear intoxicated or impaired, or if you refuse to follow staff instructions.
3. Assumption of Risk; Waiver Requirement
TPG programs may involve strenuous physical activity and stressful conditions, including but not limited to training circuits, rucking, carries, cold exposure, obstacle-based or team-based evolutions, outdoor conditions, fatigue, and other physically and mentally demanding activities.
You are responsible for deciding whether you are fit to participate and for obtaining any medical advice you need before participating. TPG does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice.
As a condition of participation, you may be required to sign separate waivers, releases, emergency contact forms, medical/safety forms, or other event documents. Failure to complete required documents may result in denial of entry or removal from the roster.
4. Payments, Pricing, and Checkout
Prices are shown at checkout or sign-up. We may use third-party payment processors and service providers to process orders, registrations, subscriptions, and communications. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
Certain eligible customers may be offered third-party pay-over-time or financing options at checkout. Any such option is offered and governed by the applicable third-party provider’s own approval criteria, payment terms, fees, and policies.
5. Refunds, Credits, Transfers, and Attendance
Event registrations are governed by the separate Cancellation, Refund, Transfer & Attendance Policy posted on the Site, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
That separate policy controls issues such as:
- refund timing,
- credits,
- seat transfers and reschedules,
- missed paperwork deadlines,
- no-shows and late arrivals,
- PST-related entry rules,
- safety- or medical-clearance denials,
- injury/medical exceptions,
- weather or force majeure changes,
- and event cancellations.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and the separate refund/attendance policy, the separate refund/attendance policy controls for event registrations.
6. Tribal Network and Other Paid Community Access
Access to the Tribal Network or similar community features may be limited to graduates, invitees, or participants designated by TPG.
If you enroll in a paid membership, subscription, or community offering, the pricing, billing cadence, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and any promotional or trial terms shown at sign-up or checkout will apply.
We may suspend or terminate community access for violations of these Terms, community rules, or platform rules.
7. Community Standards
TPG is built around respect, accountability, and earned brotherhood. By using the Services, attending events, or participating in the Tribal Network, you agree not to:
- harass, threaten, stalk, or bully others,
- post illegal, hateful, obscene, or abusive content,
- dox or share confidential personal information without permission,
- impersonate another person,
- bring weapons to events unless expressly authorized by TPG,
- or disrupt the safety, integrity, or operations of the event or community.
Violations may result in removal from an event, suspension, account termination, and/or loss of community access without refund where permitted by the governing policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, branding, graphics, text, photos, videos, logos, page layouts, call-sign systems, program materials, the TPG emblem, “Per Ignem Probatum,” and the Tribesman Creed are owned by TPG or its licensors and are protected by law.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
9. User Content
If you submit, post, upload, or share content through the Services, including in the Tribal Network, testimonials, comments, photos, or messages, you grant TPG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to share that content and that it does not violate the rights of any other person.
10. Photo and Video Consent
By attending a TPG event, meetup, or related activity, you understand that TPG may capture photo, audio, and video content for documentation, safety, training, operational, and promotional purposes.
Unless prohibited by law, you grant TPG the right to use your name, likeness, voice, image, and call-sign in those materials without additional compensation. If you have a serious privacy or professional-safety concern, contact us in advance and we will make reasonable efforts to address it.
11. No Medical, Psychological, or Legal Advice
Content provided through the Site, community, communications, and events is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice and should not be treated as such.
12. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TPG disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TPG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to the Services, event participation, or community interactions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TPG’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to TPG during the 12 months before the claim arose, or
- $100.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TPG, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, volunteers, affiliates, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
- your use of the Services,
- your participation in events,
- your user content,
- or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Except where prohibited by law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas under applicable AAA rules, and each party waives any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.
If arbitration or class-waiver provisions are unenforceable in a particular dispute, the dispute will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Services after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

PART II — PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with TPG, we may collect:
- your name, email address, phone number, and mailing or billing address,
- registration, purchase, coupon, and transaction details,
- contact form submissions and support inquiries,
- Readiness Quiz responses and related lead-form information,
- emergency contact, waiver, screening, clearance, or self-reported fitness/readiness information you submit,
- Tribal Network profile details, posts, comments, messages, uploads, and other community activity if you join,
- device, browser, IP address, referral, usage, and cookie-based analytics information,
- marketing preferences and communication history,
- and photo, audio, or video content captured at events or meetups.
We do not knowingly request unnecessary medical records. If documentation is needed for a safety review, exception request, or event decision, we may review only what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- operate and improve the Services,
- process registrations, payments, subscriptions, and support requests,
- communicate with you about confirmations, schedules, logistics, deadlines, and safety matters,
- evaluate eligibility, forms, and safety-related participation requirements,
- administer the Tribal Network and related community features,
- personalize content, improve site performance, and measure engagement,
- send marketing communications where permitted by law or based on your preferences,
- protect against fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and misuse,
- and comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share personal information with:
- service providers that host or support our website, landing pages, forms, quizzes, payment links, analytics, email, SMS, or community tools,
- payment processors and, if applicable, third-party financing or pay-over-time providers you choose to use,
- venue operators, instructors, onsite safety staff, EMTs, or similar providers where reasonably necessary for event operations or participant safety,
- professional advisors, legal authorities, or law enforcement where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or property,
- and a successor entity in connection with a merger, sale, restructuring, or asset transfer.
If you join the Tribal Network, some information you choose to share there, such as your name, call-sign, profile details, posts, or comments, may be visible to other members of that community.
We may also use or share aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand usage, improve performance, and measure marketing effectiveness.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and any cookie tools or banners we make available. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are treated as preference signals only and may not always cause the same behavior across all systems.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to:
- operate the Services,
- maintain business and tax records,
- administer waivers, safety records, and event operations,
- resolve disputes,
- enforce agreements,
- and comply with applicable law.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the reason it was collected.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting your own login credentials and devices.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may:
- unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link,
- opt out of SMS marketing by replying STOP,
- request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law,
- and request information about the categories of personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
California residents may have additional rights under California law, including rights to know, delete, correct, and limit certain uses of personal information. TPG does not sell personal information.
Residents of jurisdictions with additional privacy rights, including the EEA or UK where applicable, may also have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object, or request portability of certain personal data, subject to applicable law.

9. International Transfers and Third-Party Sites
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our vendors operate.
The Services may also contain links to third-party websites, payment pages, or platforms that we do not control. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Material changes may be posted on the Site or communicated through the Services.
